高速開槽機(前緣送紙)

功能與特點:

★滾輪式前緣送紙結構、多輪、多點式吸風送紙，摩擦力大，速度高，送紙平穩，準確。

★吸風變頻調整風量，風壓可根據紙板大小進行調整，增加薄紙板及曲翹紙板傳動穩定性，準確性。

★整機齒輪采用40Cr鍛造，高頻淬火處理，磨齒;采用噴淋式自動潤滑，極大提高了運轉精度及使

用壽命。

★整機傳動部位(軸、齒連接處)，均采用免鍵連接，消除連接間隙，適合大扭矩長期高速運轉。

上壓線輪包裹聚氨酯，不會損壞紙板。

★單軸雙刀開槽，箱高調整采用PLC及數字式電動調整，觸摸屏控制。

★開槽相位采用PLC觸摸屏調整，停機及運行均可調整。

★開槽刀座及壓線輪橫向移動采用同步電動調整。PLC觸摸屏調整，直接輸入紙箱尺寸，自動調整。

★壓線間隙及刀軸間隙調整采用自鎖結構。

★各開槽刀座橫移有防碰撞保護裝置（電子式）。

★開槽刀寬度7mm，合金材質，經熱處理，研磨，齒形開槽刀，雙片式修邊刀，刀口鋒利，精度高。
