高速圓壓圓模切機(前緣送紙)

功能與特點:

★滾輪式前緣送紙結構、多輪、多點式吸風送紙，摩擦力大，速度高，送紙平穩，準確。

★吸風變頻調整風量，風壓可根據紙板大小進行調整，增加薄紙板及曲翹紙板傳動穩定性，

★送紙膠軸，采用氣壓式彈性送紙，不破壞瓦楞紙板強度。

★整機齒輪采用40Cr鍛造，高頻淬火處理，磨齒;采用噴淋式自動潤滑，極大提高了運轉

長膠墊使用壽命。

★自動線速度補償，使優力膠墊均勻磨損，并配有膠墊修復系統，膠墊可多次使用。

★送紙側擋板及后擋箱位置均為電腦及電動控制。

★輯筒采用優質鋼，內部調質，表面研磨，鍍硬鉻，并作動平衡校正，運轉平穩。

★模切輪相位，相位調整采用行星齒輪式結構，PLC觸摸屏控制及電動數字式360度調整。
